I would love to hear your description of the difference in orgasm in detail. Is it more intense? I'm particularly interested in the loss of the refractory phase and how/if multiple orgasms feel. As CIS male (presently) I prefer long edging because cumming is a biological end point for me. I hate that aspect of male sexual function. I wish that alone could be treated medically, and perhaps it can but I don't know about it yet.

I guess what I'm asking for is a tran sister to help me through the process. I know you don't know me, but when somebody is willing to showcase themselves after surgery let's me know that you are somebody that is open to talk to. That's just what I need right now somebody that I can talk to about this who has actual experience and can help me through the process. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing and giving me some answers. I am a few years older than you and I realize last year that I am trans. You inspired me to look more into transitioning, one of the things that I do enjoy is masturbation, I don't have anyone in my life so it's the only way I can enjoy myself. To be continued in the next post.

Before hormones I was about 8" x 1.74". Right before surgery I was about 6" x 1.5". I wouldn't worry though. They make the vaginal canal roughly the same size as a natural vagina's no matter what size you are.
